We do our best to prevent online sales of products that are out of stock, but sometimes an item go out of stock after an order is placed. If you have already ordered the product on the website when it goes out of stock, we’ll let you know. You will then have the option to be refunded for the product or have the product replaced with another product of the same value.

We do not courier outside New Zealand.
We Courier throughout New Zealand.
Online orders can be placed from any country and shipped to any New Zealand Address.
Do you deliver Rural?
Rural deliveries has an extra cost and can take a day or two longer to be delivered, it can be a problem depending on the product you order.
If possible have the parcel delivered to an address in town, maybe at work or with family or friends living in town and pick it up.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Delivery costs include a polystyrene chilly bin & ice pack if required for chilled products & courier fee from Fred’s Fine Foods.
Courier fees vary depending on pack size (volume and weight) and destination. The website will automatically calculate this for you at the checkout.
