    How much will it cost to ship my order?

    We Courier throughout New Zealand.
    Delivery costs include a polystyrene chilly bin & ice pack if required for chilled products & courier fee from Fred’s Fine Foods.
    Courier fees vary depending on pack size (volume and weight) and destination. The website will automatically calculate this for you at the checkout.

    Please view our shipping rates page for an estimate of the shipping costs of non chilled products.

    South Island Delivery Notice

    Please note that South Island courier deliveries may be delayed, even with our usual 2-day delivery service.

    To help ensure parcels have the best chance of arriving before the weekend, all parcels destined for the South Island will be dispatched on Tuesdays only.

    Order cut-off: Orders must be placed before 10:00 am on Monday to be dispatched the following Tuesday.

    Rural Deliveries: Due to the additional transit time required, we are unable to courier to rural addresses or RD (Rural Delivery) addresses in the South Island.

    Do you deliver Rural?

    Rural deliveries has an extra cost and can take a day or two longer to be delivered, it can be a problem depending on the product you order.
    If possible have the parcel delivered to an address in town, maybe at work or with family or friends living in town and pick it up.

    Do you sell internationally?

    We do not courier outside New Zealand.
    We Courier throughout New Zealand.
    Online orders can be placed from any country and shipped to any New Zealand Address.

    What happens if a product is out of stock?

    We do our best to prevent online sales of products that are out of stock, but sometimes an item go out of stock after an order is placed. If you have already ordered the product on the website when it goes out of stock, we’ll let you know. You will then have the option to be refunded for the product or have the product replaced with another product of the same value.
