Granadilla Pulp Icing - Clover recipe
Ingredients

- 12 ml soft Clover Mooi River Butter
- 310 ml (160 g) icing sugar
- 60 g granadilla pulp
Method
Cream butter, icing sugar and granadilla pulp until light, creamy and of a spreadable consistency.
Spread icing in an even layer on top of cupcakes.
