Sausage rolls made with Boerewors meat and other ingredients .Well rounded traditional boerewors flavour in a flaky pastry. To cook: Preheat the oven to 200°C, brush the top of the pastry with egg wash or milk, place on baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and crisp and the meat is cooked through.
