Our Delivery Policy

    • Quick delivery: We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
    • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier.
    • No Signature Required: Deliveries with no signature required (selected by you at checkout) must have instructions on where to leave the goods safely. Fred's Fine Foods does not accept responsibility for any goods not signed for on delivery.
    • Signature Required: (selected by you at checkout) Ensure someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, the courier will return the parcel to the depot and leave a calling card for you to collect the parcel from the depot if there is no one to sign for the parcel. Work addresses are fine but please state delivery hours and all necessary information such as building number, level or office name. Fred’s Fine Foods does not accept any responsibility for any goods returned to the depot.
    • Dispatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
    • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock.
    • Proof of payment is required for direct credit payments, before the order will be dispatched.
    • Shipping fee including packaging will be calculated automatically on your order, if for any reason insufficient courier / packaging fees is assigned to the order we will contact you to arrange additional charges before dispatch.
    • Out of stock: If by any chance one of the products is out of stock we will contact you to discuss a replacement.
    • Exact day and time of delivery: on all parcels we cannot guarantee the exact day or time of delivery.Place your order before 9am (see delivery costs)
    • We regret we do not courier internationally.
 

Returns Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
 
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.  Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.

 

Overseas Orders

We will only accept orders for delivery in New Zealand.
